To amend any background and/or text header colours on your PAGE, go to PAGES.
Then click into your PAGE. Click the 'Colour Customisation' tab.
From there you can choose whatever Colour you like for each section of your PAGE.
You can save your design as a Template to use in the future - saving you time and meaning each design only needs to be set-up once!
