How to populate files into Content Bank via FTP

To ingest your files into rightsHUB using a FTP integration you will need to go to the Content Bank and find your FTP details.

1. Go to Content Bank - 'Ingestion FTP Details' tab.
2. If not already generated, click 'Generate FTP Details'.
3. You can then grab the FTP details for the Account.
4. To get each Client's FTP details, click into the Client and make sure you click 'Generate FTP Details'.

Please check the FTP Details once in FileZilla (or a similar FTP client) before issuing them to anyone/using them. As sometimes 'dud' details are auto-generated.

If the details connect fine, you can crack on. If they don't connect, please click 'Generate FTP Details' again and test the new details. If needed, repeat this step until you have working details.
