What is DataDoktor?

DataDoktor is a new tool for rightsHUB users, found in Content Manager that allows you to action 'Check Ups' of your data, based on custom criteria that you set up as a Check Up Template.

Content that meets a Check Up's conditions is marked as 'Passed', and those that require attention/amendments are marked as 'Failed'.

These Check Ups can apply to Releases, Assets and Works with more areas to be added soon.

This tool allows you to check massive amounts of data against your set standards to ensure data compliance, consistency and the highest possible quality of data.

Releases/Assets/Works that are marked as Failed can be viewed and amended via rightsHUB and Excel, allowing you to correct your data en-mass.

Every Check Up contains a 'Progress Report' allowing to track the progress of the data improvements - what has been changed, who changed it and when.
