From the rightsHUB login page and select: 'Recover Password'
From there, please enter your email address and click 'Send Reset Email'.
Once you've received the reset email, click the link contained in the email.
From there you will be asked to set your new password.
Once set, your new password is ready for use and to be used to login to your rightsHUB account.
