The Statements area contains the collection of payment and invoicing information relating to contracts registered within the system.

 

Each contract displays a ‘Due Date’ and can be given payment status updates, with a yes/no choice referencing Issuing, Invoicing and Payment.

 

Contacts can be emailed directly from this area, allowing you to chase multiple contacts for invoices and/or payment of your statements.

 

What you can do in this area:


- View and manage statements’ status subject to contractual information
- Search and filter statement information
- Manually log statement activity
- Filter by status
- Email multiple contractual partners for information regarding statements issued, invoices paid.
