In some cases, Connection Points want to receive the content files (audio + artwork) separately to the data which is often requested in an Excel metadata file.
Firstly make sure the relevant 'content only' Connection Point has already been added to your Account by the rightsHUB team.
If the Connection Point is showing in your account, next select the Release(s) you want to deliver, select the Connection Point and then click Deliver. This will deliver the content files to the Connection Point.
Once done, click 'Export' and select the custom Export you need to provide the data in for the endpoint and click Confirm. This will then generate the required file.
Once done, please email your usual contact at the end point confirming the delivery and attaching the relevant Excel export file with your Release data.
