You can now Add Audio Versions in the Audio Section in Assets
rightsHUB have now implemented the option to add multiple Audio Versions in the Audio section, allowing you to attach different masters, encodes and mixes to the same Asset. If the audio files share the same ISRC, they can be uploaded into this new section.
There are two ways to upload your audio files to Audio Versions:
A. Upload to Content Bank
1. First make sure you have uploaded the alternative Audio Version(s) to the Content Bank. If you are unsure how to do this follow this Help Card..... LINK
2. Click into Assets
3. Click on the Asset that you would like to add an audio version to
4. In the Audio Versions section, click on '+ From Content Bank.' A pop-up will appear saying "Please choose an Audio File to add...'
5. Search and click on the audio version(s) you would like to add.
6. Then Click Save.
B. Upload straight from your Computer
1. Click into Assets.
2. Click on the Asset that you would like to add an Audio Version to
3. In the Audio Versions section on the right click on '+ Upload'
4. Search your computer and click on the audio version you would like to add
5. Repeat this as many audio versions that you want to add to the Asset
6. Then Click Save.
Whenever you want to make one of the Audio Versions the Master Audio file, just click the dropdown icon and the 'Make Master Version'.
This will then swap out the current Master Audio file into Audio Versions and make your selected audio file the Master Version for the Asset.
