There are 3 steps to identifying & fixing any duplicate Assets you have in your account, as below:
DataDoktor - Create a 'Check Up Template'
Firstly, go to the 'DataDoktor' area and set-up a Check Up Template which you can call 'Duplicate Assets'.
You can do this by following these instructions: https:// rightshub.outseta.com/support/ kb/articles/xE9LeEWw/how-do-i- create-a-check-up-template-
Make sure that you choose the Type as 'Assets' and when setting the Conditions, that you select 'Field - ISRC - Is Unique' and click Save.
DataDoktor - Action a 'Check Up'
Next, go to the Assets area then click 'Check Up' and select 'Check Up All' and select the 'Duplicate Assets' Check Up Template.
After a few seconds, this will send you to the DataDoktor area and show you the Assets that are duplicated.
From there, click in the 'Show in rightsHUB' button in the 'Failed' column.
Assets - Use 'Match Assets'
Once you're taken to the Assets list, select/tick all of the Assets and then click 'Match - Match Assets'.
This will open a pop-up which will allow to merge your duplicate Assets - the tracklisting of the duplicate Assets on Releases will be retained when merged into 1 Asset per ISRC after clicking 'Confirm'.
If you follow the above steps correctly, this will have merged the selected duplicate Assets into 1 Asset per ISRC.
