Matching Content inside of a Contract
To link your content or other contracts to a contract you will first need to create a contract or click into an existing contract you'd like to link content to in the list area.
1. Go to Contracts - Contracts.
2. Click on the Contract you would like to link content/other contract to.
3. Go to the Linked Content tab.
4. From here you can link associated Contracts/Releases/Assets/Works.
5. Click on the '+ Add' button to the type of content you would like to link.
6. Click on the Content you would like to link from the list.
7. Click 'Save'.
Alternatively, you can match Releases/Assets/Works to your Contracts by using the 'Match - Match to Contracts' feature. More on this below:

Re-Importing
You can also use our in house 'Digital Releases Exporter & Re-Importer File 2.0' 'Physical Releases Exporter & Re-Importer 2.0 File' or 'rightsHUB – Assets Exporter & Re-Importer File 2.0' - just select the Releases or Assets you want to link Contracts to, click export and pick one of the above options.
Then go to the 'Releases - Contacts' tab and/or the 'Assets - Contracts' tab and copy in the relevant Contract rightsHUB Unique ID (found in the URL of the Contract or by exporting Contracts). Once ready, save and then go to the Releases or Assets area and click 'Import' and select the correct template and upload the file.
