Contracts is the area that stores all Contracts, their key contractual information and all related documentation.
In this area you can:
- Add contractual data – including Publishing, Sync, Profit Share & Royalty contracts
- Input terms and rates into new and existing contracts
- Upload and view physical contracts
- Import and export contractual information in bulk
- Search and filter information
- View Contract Start & End dates
- Link Releases / Assets / Works to a contract
When creating a new contract in the system, selecting the ‘Contract Type’ specifies the information required in the ‘Specifics’ tab.
Please note: In order for your Dashboard to display the correct information regarding contract end dates and for the statements section to function correctly it is required to input contractual data.
